Last updated: May 2026. These Terms govern your license and purchase options for Crystal Canvas.
1. Software Distribution Model
Mo Mansour distributes digital software products (specifically Crystal Canvas). By purchasing a license for the early access "Founder's Tier", you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to run and test the application within your local Obsidian client.
2. Merchant of Record Compliance
Fulfillment, billing, invoicing, and local tax compliance are managed securely through our merchant of record, Creem.io (operating under EU/Estonian financial standards). When purchasing the software, you agree to Creem's checkout policies and global digital distribution terms.
3. Beta Phase Disclaimer
During the current v0.9 early access beta phase, software performance may reflect the active hand-tuning process for different GPU and system architectures. We strive to maintain extreme system reliability, but the product is offered under this beta understanding. Any updates in the 1.x lifecycle are included with the original purchase.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the irreversible nature of digital license keys and local binary downloads, all sales executed through Creem are final. If you run into license verification issues, contact support at support@momansour.com.
